Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Express Mail Service/Express Mail International® with estimated arrival time 7 - 14 business days. Except for countries that EMS service is not available, we will ship via Registered Air Mail with estimated arrival time 3 - 4 weeks.

Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packaging. There is nothing written on the package that identifies the contents.

We have taken measures to ensure that you will receive your package without any damage to the cigarettes. All parcels are packaged within a custom made box and sealed in with a special plastic cover that was designed to protect the package during shipment.

Fulfillment Time
Orders are collected by Indonesian Post at 10 a.m. West Indonesian Time (UTC/GMT +7). Orders received after 10 a.m. are sent on the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Indonesian public Holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.

Shipping Policy
In accordance with the international postal regulations and standards, packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately. As a result, if more than one package (carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date; packages do not always arrive on the same day, though maybe shipped on the same day and may be received in intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period.

Out of Stock Items
99% of our orders are shipped on time. However, sometimes an item is out of stock, and we must wait to obtain the cigarettes from our wholesaler. When this happens, we will ship your order as soon as we obtain your cigarettes.

Low Order Fee
To make our prices competitive enough, we require additional US$15.00 Low Order Fee for order below US$60.00.

Return Policy
Customer has 30 days to return the purchased product. The product must be intact and contained in its original box and the order number must be attached. The clove cigarette boxes must not have been opened. The money will be reimbursed when the package is received back to our warehouse.

Refund Policy due No Delivery
Before placing an order, all customers should be aware that on rare occasions USPS or other postal service has been known to deliver orders late. Because of this, our policy is to review refunds/resends only after 35 business days from shipment has passed.
