3. Shipping

We will deliver the ordered cigarettes to the address given by you at the time you have made your order. Orders paid with credit card can only be shipped to cardholders billing address.

We ship all orders via Express Mail Service except for countries where no EMS service available, we will ship via Registered Air Mail. We ship cigarettes worldwide except those countries that their state law doesn’t allow importing and delivering cigarettes.

General delivery takes 7 – 14 business days, but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the products to you, unless caused by our negligence.

All packages are shipped in a discreet way. If the order is too large, it will be divided into two or more packages. Prices are subjected to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice.

Please, notice that after the payment has been processed, we give the Costumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items within 24 hours. In such cases, those Costumers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.

6. Return Policy / Refunds

Before returning any cigarettes to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so. In the case of cigarettes arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE. In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to us. In the unlikely event that cigarettes are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the our Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order.

Before placing an order, all customers should be aware that on rare occasions Postal Service has been known to deliver orders late. Because of this, our policy is to review refunds/resends only after 35 (thirty five) business days from shipment has passed.

7. Liability

If you do not receive the purchased cigarettes within 30 business days of the date on which you have ordered them, you must notify us at our contact e-mail within 40 days of the date on which you have ordered the cigarettes.

If the delivered cigarettes brands are not what you have ordered, or are damaged or defective prior to the point of delivery, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our only obligation, at your option, will be:
