Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide including all states in US from our warehouse in Indonesia.
We ship all orders via Express Mail Service (EMS) with estimated arrival time 7-14 business days. We will also split your package with maximum 7 cartons per package and will be delivered separately.
Packages do not always reach on the same day, though they are shipped on the same day and may reach at intervals of a few days within our guaranteed delivery time period.

Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping status at your local post office website. Please note that before your parcel get into the customs of your country, the tracking is possible only from the Indonesian Postal Service website.
